What does PPE Stand For? 

PPE stands for Personal Protective Equipment. 

What is the SOLO Brand?

SOLO is our own line of individually packaged PPE products. We currently have SOLO disposable face masks and vinyl gloves. The advantage of SOLO PPE is that you can take an individually wrapped disposable face mask anywhere you need to go and always be safe without the fear your face mask being contaminated.

How often should I change my mask?

Our disposable face masks are designed to be “single use” and disposable. This means each face mask is supposed to be used one time only and by one person only. If your disposable face mask becomes damaged, dirty or damp, you should dispose of it properly and replace it with a new one. To safely discard a used face mask, place it in a plastic bag and place it in the trash. Make sure to properly wash your hands afterwards. 

Can I wash my masks?

Single-use disposable face masks are not designed to be washed. Washing could damage the face mask and render it non-effective. If you are wearing a reusable face mask please make sure to wash it after each use.

What health and safety approvals do your products have?

All of our products have met appropriate health and safety industry standards. Most are FDA and Health Canada approved as well as CE certified. Certifications vary by product, so please check the individual product descriptions for further details.

Do these products guarantee I’m protected from COVID-19?

While there is no guarantee that PPE alone provides complete protection against the spread of viruses such as COVID-19, using these products in addition to practicing good hygiene and following public health measures can increase your chances of protection. Please refer to your country’s health guidelines for information on virus prevention.

How long will it take to get my order?

Estimated delivery is between 4-10 business days for items that are in stock. Please note that you may experience delays due to increased shipping volumes due to COVID-19. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. See our shipping policy.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Do you ship to remote locations?

Yes, we do! Please note that deliveries to remote locations may take longer than the estimated 4-10 business days.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. If you are local to us we are happy to deliver to your house. Please email us at contact@longevitywellnessandppe.com . We would love to chat with you! 

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we are only shipping to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Given the current situation with COVID-19 and the increased shipping volumes being processed by Canada Post, we are unfortunately unable to offer expedited shipping until further notice. We can however arrange for you to pick up your products from our warehouse in Burlington. We apologize for any inconvenience.
